• By maintaining strict control of the quality of materials and workmanship.
• By providing technical support and product design services.
• By expanding our geographical areas of operation.
• By maintaining appropriate agency and service agreements with principals.

We control our activities through the establishment of a Quality System, as we focus on attaining and complying with the requirements of ZABS, SABS and ISO 9001:2000. All employees are required to subscribe to this policy and work in accordance with system procedures. Management is committed to the continual improvement of the effectiveness of the Quality System and regularly reviews this policy to ensure its suitability.
